Which appointment should I choose?

If you are unsure which treatment you need, choose a consultation. We can work out the appropriate next step together.

Comprehensive route

Choose this if you are new to odNOVA, want to discuss a new concern or are considering a treatment you have not had with me before. If treatment is suitable for you, I usually arrange it for a separate appointment.

Focused route

Focused Consultation

20 minutes · No charge

May be appropriate when we already know each other or you have a specific treatment or skincare question. Depending on the question, 20 minutes may not allow enough time for a full assessment of suitability for treatment. If more time is needed, I explain the appropriate next step.

What to know before booking.

Adults only
Appointments are for patients aged 18 and over.
Health information stays secure
After booking and before your consultation, you complete and securely submit forms about your health and skin history.
Booking is not a promise of treatment
Suitability is established clinically. Treatment may be modified, postponed or not recommended when that is the safer decision.
Allow time before an event
Visible recovery and bruising cannot be predicted precisely, so please leave adequate time before an important occasion.
Policy

Deposits and changes.

When you book, that time is held for you and not offered to anyone else. The deposit is what makes that possible.

The deposit
When a deposit is required, it is taken when you book. It is £50 for most treatments and higher for a few — Sculptra, for example, is £100. The amount is shown before you confirm, and it comes off the cost of your treatment on the day. It is part of the price, not an addition to it.
Changing your appointment
You can reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.
Less than 48 hours’ notice
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.
If the decision is mine
If I decide during your appointment that treatment should not go ahead, the deposit remains as credit on your patient account. If odNOVA cancels or postpones the appointment before it takes place, you can choose a full refund or account credit.

A free 20-minute consultation offers time to discuss a specific treatment or skincare question, before booking a treatment appointment or paying a treatment deposit. Whether suitability for treatment can also be assessed depends on the question and the assessment needed; this may require a longer appointment.
