General information
The information on this website is general. It does not diagnose a condition, give personal medical advice or replace an appropriate clinical assessment.
The website and its contact routes are not emergency services.
Suitability and consent
Appointments and clinical assessment
Booking reserves appointment time. It is not a promise that a particular treatment will go ahead.
Suitability is established through clinical assessment. Treatment proceeds only after the proposed plan, limitations, relevant risks and consent have been discussed.
A treatment may be changed, postponed or not recommended when that is the safer or more appropriate decision.
Cost
Fees and quotations
Fees shown on the website are indicative. A full quotation is given following consultation and before treatment.
Treatment does not proceed until the plan and cost have been discussed with you.
Booking payment
Consultation fee and treatment deposits
A Focused Consultation lasts 20 minutes and carries no charge.
A Comprehensive Clinical Assessment lasts 60 minutes and costs £50. If you later proceed with treatment, the £50 assessment fee is credited in full towards the treatment price.
If you attend a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment and the treatment discussed is not recommended or cannot safely proceed, the £50 is not refunded. It remains as credit on your patient account and may be used towards another appropriate treatment. Credit does not guarantee suitability for a particular treatment.
A deposit is taken when you book a treatment appointment. Radiesse currently requires £50 and Sculptra £100.
The applicable amount is shown before you confirm the appointment. If treatment goes ahead, the deposit is deducted from the treatment price. It is part of the price, not an additional charge.
Notice period
Moving or cancelling an appointment
If you move or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours beforehand, the deposit is carried forward.
With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if the appointment is missed, the deposit is not carried over.
A clinical decision
If Piotr changes the plan
A clinical decision made during a consultation is covered by the consultation-fee terms above. If odNOVA cancels or postpones an appointment before it takes place, you can choose a full refund of the amount paid or keep it as credit on your patient account.
A refund is returned only to the original payment method and may take up to seven working days. If you paid by card, it is returned to the same card and cannot be sent to a different card or account.
After anti-wrinkle treatment
Review appointments
An anti-wrinkle review is included at no charge, but it is a separate appointment and is not booked automatically. After completing your treatment booking, start a new booking in the Patient Portal for “Review appointment — within 14 days (included)” and choose a date 10–14 days after treatment.
Do not choose the same calendar date as your treatment. Review appointments are subject to availability, and arranging yours within that window is your responsibility. A review requested after 14 days costs £50.
If a clinical review finds that a correction is appropriate, the available options will be discussed. If the result is satisfactory and additional product is requested for personal preference, that additional treatment is chargeable. Reviews for other treatments follow the individual treatment plan and are not governed by this 14-day rule.
